How to start:

If you are new to a yoga practice, it is best to seek out a teacher who is

trained in yoga for seniors. Practice can be limited to just a chair for support and balance.

Poses can also be done on the floor if mobilty allows it.

Your options for classes also include water yoga with gentle flowing movements

performed in the peaceful environment of the water.

Water's benefits, support and fluidity allow for soft movement

that caresses and eases.
