why private instruction?

Ready to fly?

Why private instruction?

Whether you've been to the local YMCA for a class or a beautiful studio, you know classes can get pretty big. It is almost impossible for a teacher to take the time to give you all the instructions for one single pose. Many teachers will pull out one or two points and mesh those into the pose or class. It is also impractical for a teacher to get to every student for alignment, opening etc.

Private instruction gives you the opportunity to work one on one with your teacher. He or she will design a class to meet your specific needs. You will learn the finer nuances and details of your practice. Define yourself here.

Personally, I have over 400 hours of yoga training. As well as years of personal practice. I have studied anatomy, kinesiology, biology and nutrition. I am also versed in yoga philospphy, tradition and culture.

Your practice can only deepen through private instruction.
